- Fixing and scheduling meetings as required and keeping the records.
- Calendar Management.
- Minutes of Meetings records.
- Follow up on Tasks and get the completed
- Liaisoning with Authorities and Departments
- Drafting Letters, E-mails and other Documents.
- Assisting in Business Meetings and Presentations.
- Confidentially handle all documentations and fillings.
- Follow-ups with internal and external persons.
- Screen and direct phone calls and coordinate properly.
- Hands on Experience on a CRM

- Female candidate, should be above 30 years,
